Forumotion and Windows Live points
We currently have a poll on where our main site should be.
The majority currently vote towards staying here in forumotion.
BUT this isn't the reason why I am posting now.
There has been some disagreement , as to what Windows Live and Forumotion has.
Teen Sector is a place where people can have fun and have help. And to be able to meet and make new friends.
So I will clarify my current findings.
Forumotion Points
edit and move posts
HTML
have a preview before you decide your post
want to post a Youtube
new stuff happening all the time
Forum Helps Online
post videos
Windows Live Points
upload unlimited files
see how may people there are in the group at a glance
calender
updates
Summary with findings to clarify
Forumotion has many editing tools to help improve the performance of a post. This includes, editing, moving, deleting, videos and images. And also previewing to make sure it looks ok. An online helps forum is also useful incase forum is not working or any help that is needed, which would be followed by quick assistance. To see members who are onl, ine, there are found at the bottom of the forum and we also have a members list at the top when you click the bright pink button. For the Calender, I chose not to use as there is not much room at top and the button did not fit in with the rest. Updates are found in announcements by management team.
I am finding out about forumotion's uploading files as we speak

In Windows Live, you can see whose online and offline at a glance on the front page. The calender is also shown in a click away and updates are made automatically by the service. Examples are new members and new posts made. For files, it is unlimited! Although, services such as Facebook, Multiply, Hi5, etc.. contact you in your mail to join and as it's like a blog, people ask you to be your friend but have no interest in the site whatsoever.

if you switch to invison you can place these things around the forum... its like a portal but ever place on the forum along the sides has a small area for either custom boxes or the premade ones like whos online reecent posts calender etc and you can add the chatbox so its always at the bottom or top more profile and customization.....
