SIX QUESTIONS
ABOUT OUR PRAYER LIVES
1. Is prayer changing me?
2. Is prayer making any difference in my life?
3. Is my prayer life bringing me closer to the Lord?
4. Am I moving toward giving control of my life to God?
5. Do I constantly try to tune into God's presence?
6. Are any my prayers helping me develop a more loving relationship with others?
If you answered no to any of these questions, then one more question comes to mind: WHY NOT?

Have a wonderful Easter and remember As we prepare for the Easter season this year, let's remember that the Easter bunny didn't die for us. Chocolate eggs didn't suffer on a cruel cross. Easter egg hunts can't cover our sins ...
Jesus is the reason for the Season!

I pray you will all have a wonderful Easter Weekend.
Remember the reason for the season it is not the easter eggs or bunnies that save you.

Hi Everyone,
We have a nice warm day here in Wales although rather overcast but the sun is peeping through from time to time. I notice some nice fat buds on my rose trees. Unfortunately my thornless scrambler last year Milo tore down but thankfully there is growth showing, not sure if it will flower this year. Hope springs eternal.
I am late getting online today as Stef needed to use my pc Brendan then needing to use for a little while as his laptop wasn't able to download what he needed to complete some work he is doing from home.
Stef and the children gone out for a walk now so I am rushing through to say hello.
It seems these days very little of my time is spent on the internet in comparrison to how I would be jumping on several times during the day. It does make for a pleasant change having the little ones around and need to make the most of this time together.
Whatever your plans I hope you will have a good day.
Blessings
Elaine.
p.s. I had written this a lot earlier in the day but have had quite a few distractions to take me away so just posting up what I had on notepad.

Hi All,
Bank Holiday Monday here in UK
Its my birthday today but leaving the pc on and reading and posting when I get the time.
Here is a movie to accompany this poem and remember to turn on your speakers:-http://www.inspiringthots.net/movie/forget-kindness.php
THINGS TO FORGET
Forget each kindness that you do,
As soon as you have done it.
Forget the praise that falls to you,
The moment you have won it.
Forget the slander that you hear,
Before you can repeat it.
Forget each slight, each spite, each sneer,
Remember every promise made,
And keep it to the letter.
Remember those who lend you aid,
And be a grateful debtor.
Remember all the happiness
That comes your way in living.
Forget each worry and distress,
Be hopeful and forgiving.

Re: This is the chit-chat board so..
Hi everyone,
A slow start for me today had a lay in bed a luxury since the little ones here,a nice long prayer time for me undisturbed. I also needed the extra rest with all the activity over the past week, Brendan is doing duty today so I am having some mee time catching up on some reading and other matters which need addressing.
Still more wanting to be done in the garden but no big hurry the planting already done grateful of the showers we are having.
I had bought myself a dicentra/bleeding heart to replace the other I lost, unfortunately Chip Frans dog trampled it, when they were down Sunday oops the plant dont like being disturbed but I am hoping it will recover. I am so pleased that Milo and Cai have been really good and learned not to go onto the raised beds.
Paul would like me to have a small greenhouse so that is probably the next project of his. Brendan did say he would like to go halves to pay and both of us use, we will see what happens, but of course he need not pay anything toward to use.
Well not much else to report.
Whatever your up to have a good day.
Blessings.
Elaine.
