Dear Friend,

Christianity is constantly being challenged and our faith marginalised in society. There is a trend towards clamping down on the public expression of our faith.

The National Secular Society has encouraged 100,000 people to sign a certificate to "debaptise" themselves. It is part of a campaign to allow people to revoke their baptisms.

Therefore we are asking... are there 100,000 people who are prepared to publicly stand up and declare that they are Christians?

We are launching the "I am a Christian Campaign" and are asking you, if you are a Christian, to publicly affirm your faith by signing our declaration.

As the National Secular Society's certificate is signed in growing numbers, we want to affirm our faith in Jesus Christ and encourage Christians to say "I am a Christian".

Just click on this link and then select "Declare now"
http://www.premier.org.uk/getinvolved/campaigns/iamachristian/sign.aspx

copy and paste the above and then select "Declare now"

may our God Bless you for standing with Him. Very Happy

Rod

"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect".
1 Peter 3:1

"I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile."
Romans 1:16

This is a British campaign addressing a move by a British society - the NSS, so please only forward it to British friends. A smaller solid vote from the UK will carry more weight than what could be perceived as a huge rigged vote from the worldwide Christian community.
